In the Hawaiian language the word Nalu means “wave or to form waves, to ponder or meditate”.
Based on that philosophy, Nalu owner, Neil Johnson wanted to create a relaxing, Hawaiian inspired atmosphere for both staff and clientele alike.
Being a native of Hawaii, Neil has dreamed of being able to create a space to encompass his heritage and “mana”.
Nalu, now 20 years in the making, has finally come to fruition.
Within this cozy homelike environment, you are innately invited to feel the mana. The word “mana” means “supernatural or divine power”. This is referring to the divine power of the Hawaiian people and what fuels the Hawaiian spirit of Aloha. While you are here for a visit, you should feel free to kick back and relax in a stress-free environment while your service provider helps you feel and look your best.
